Amazon is seeking a Case Manager with Dutch and English for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in the Disability and Leave Service Team. The role can be office based in Prague or performed remotely from Poland, Slovakia, or the Czech Republic.

You will adjudicate leaves, advise on benefits, and coordinate with HR, Safety, Legal, Payroll, and Benefits teams. Required are a Bachelor’s degree, experience in case or leave management, and strong Dutch and English communication skills (CEFR B2).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service or Human Resource management or Case management or Leave & Disability management role.
• MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Very good proficiency in written and verbal Dutch (B2 CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR).

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and respond to inquiries about leave and disability events, benefits, and options available to employees.
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned employees to provide holistic case management services, including reviewing medical documentation to adjudicate leaves in compliance with leave plans, laws and benefit plans.
• Coordinate with our third party administrator, HR, Safety, Legal, Payroll, Benefits and teams to manage cases.
• Facilitate a smooth return to work and ramp‑back plan for employees.
• Educate managers and business partners on employee concerns prior to absence or return.
• Communicate updates to employees and stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
