Amazon is seeking an HR Administrator with French and English for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role can be office based in Prague or remote from Poland, Slovakia, or Czech Republic, supporting Amazon HR operations across Europe.

You will manage data analysis, payroll accuracy, headcount reporting, time and attendance, and employee engagement within a dynamic HR team. The position offers comprehensive employee benefits and a collaborative international environment.

Formación

• Fluency in French (B2 CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR) required.
• Strong computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Data Analysis: Produce and analyze HR reports using HRIS for data entry and reporting.
• Payroll: Collaborate with site managers to ensure payroll accuracy through audits.
• Headcount: Verify headcount data through audits and reports.
• Time and Attendance: Ensure schedules compliance and accurate payments.
• Employee Engagement: Provide HR guidance and support retention activities.
