Job summary

Soho House & Co Barcelona is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to uphold luxury standards across the Club. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation in public spaces, lounges, spa, and back-of-house areas.

You will lead staff rosters, monitor quality, respond to guest requests, assist with inventory, and support recruitment and training while maintaining cost control and high levels

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Housekeeping supervisor or assistant manager.
• Hospitable and customer-focused with a professional demeanour.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate daily operations under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all Club areas under the Housekeeping Manager.
• Supervise staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleanliness, presentation and maintenance standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues courteously.
• Assist with inventory and cost control of supplies and equipment.
