Soho House & Co. – Barcelona is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to uphold the Club’s luxury standards and guest experience. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and smooth delivery of services across all areas of the Club.

You will support daily operations, staff scheduling, training, and interdepartmental coordination to maintain exceptional standards and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as Housekeeping supervisor or assistant manager.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and resolve issues calmly under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all areas, including public spaces, member lounges, changing rooms, spa areas and back-of-house.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff rosters for appropriate coverage.
• Regularly inspect cleanliness, presentation and maintenance to meet standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve housekeeping concerns courteously.
• Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, amenities and equipment while controlling costs.

The Role…

At Soho House,the AssistantHousekeepingManager supports the delivery of an exceptional member and guest experience bymaintainingthe highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across all areas of the Club. Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring every space reflects the luxury and attention to detail expected at the Club.

Mainduties…

• SupporttheHousekeepingManager inoverseeingdailyhousekeepingoperationsacrossallareas,includingpublicspaces,memberlounges,changingrooms, spaareas, and back-of-house.
• Supervise andcoordinatehousekeepingstaffschedulestoalwaysensureappropriatecoverage.
• Conductregularinspectionstoensurecleanliness,presentation, andmaintenancestandardsareconsistentlymet.
• Respondpromptlytoguest/memberrequests,resolvinganyhousekeepingconcernsefficientlyandcourteously.
• Assistwithinventorymanagementofcleaningsupplies,linen,guestamenities, andequipment,ensuringcostcontrol andminimalwaste.
• Supportrecruitment,onboarding, and trainingofhousekeepingstaff.
• Ensureteamisfullybriefedondailypriorities,specialrequests, and Clubstandards.
• Communicateeffectivelywithotherdepartments(Front Office,Events,Maintenance)tocoordinateservicedelivery.
• Createefficientstaff rotas,managelabourcosts, and reduceunnecessaryovertimetomaintainoperationalexcellence.
• Uphold andenforcestandardsofappearance,compliance, safety, andprofessionalismacrosstheteam.
