Job summary

M-KOPA is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own two core growth pods from day one, driving multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle optimization. You will lead campaigns across Repeat Phones, Digital Lending, and Lifecycle, delivering measurable improvements in activation, retention, and revenue for a globally distributed team.

You will work with CleverTap, Braze, and Looker to analyze funnel performance, run experiments, and turn winning tactics into repeatable playbooks.

Qualifications

5+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in fintech, telco, or e-commerce.
Judgment as much as skill—able to walk into a pod, assess what's working, and decide where to push.
Hands-on fluency in CRM platforms like CleverTap, Braze, or similar, and ability to read a funnel without translation.

Responsibilities

Own multi-phase campaigns across Repeat Phones, Digital Lending, and Lifecycle pods.
Drive cross-pod growth and build documented playbooks for scalable success.
Run experiments (creative, audience, timing) with clear hypotheses and measure impact.
Collaborate with Growth Lead and Digital Lending Lead to optimize conversion and cashLoan growth.
