Job summary

M-KOPA is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to own two core growth pods and lead lifecycle initiatives in a remote, fast-paced setting. You will drive multi-channel campaigns, experiment-driven improvements, and data-driven decisions to accelerate customer conversion and long-term value across Africa's markets.

You will report into the Lifecycle CRM Lead and join a team expanding across UK, Europe, and Africa. This role offers ownership from day one and a clear path to pod leadership within a dynamic

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing with ownership over outcomes.
• Judgment to decide what to push instead of following a brief.
• Genuine appetite for pod leadership and rapid ownership.
• Hands-on fluency in CRM platforms like CleverTap, Braze, or similar.
• Comfort reading a funnel or cohort without translation.

Responsibilities

• Build and run multi-channel campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app) against pod goals.
• Track funnel performance and flag drop-offs to the pod lead.
• Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses.
• Document playbooks from successful campaigns for reuse.
• Ensure data quality and accurate campaign tracking for leadership.
