Job summary

Pluxee is seeking a senior insurance sales professional to drive group health and life insurance sales to SMEs and large companies using our integrated employee benefits platform. You will lead the sales process from opportunity to handover to Account Management.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in comparable sales, fluency in Spanish and English, and Level 2 Insurance Distribution certification; experience negotiating with insurers and managing complex corporate deals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in comparable sales roles.
• Experience selling group health and life insurance to corporate clients.
• Ability to obtain quotations, assess cover and translate into proposals.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Certification: Level 2 Insurance Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative insurance sales to SMEs and large clients.
• Manage opportunities through to closing.
• Develop insurance proposals and obtain quotations.
• Negotiate group insurance terms with insurers.
• Grow business within existing accounts and cross-sell.
• Train and support the sales network.
• Maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Coordinate closing and handover to Account Management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility of proposals.
