European Tech Recruit is partnering with a multinational R&D company to hire a Senior Graphics Engineer (WebGPU) for a 12‑month contract with fully remote options. The role focuses on hands-on WebGPU implementation, architecture, and optimization for lightweight mini-game runtimes and web-based platforms.

The candidate will drive technical direction, perform PoCs, and translate research into production-ready graphics features while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in real-time rendering or game engine development.
• Strong expertise with Vulkan and WebGPU.
• Proficient in C++ and low-level graphics concepts.
• Experience with Unity engine internals and native plugins is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and optimization of WebGPU rendering pipelines for lightweight mini-game engines and web platforms.
• Propose, architect, and deliver PoCs addressing real-world graphics bottlenecks.
• Perform deep-dive profiling and optimization across real-time rendering pipelines.
• Translate cutting-edge graphics research into production-ready features.
• Communicate complex findings to cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Engage in technical conferences and collaborative meetings.
