Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of enterprise customer relationships, from pre-sales through onboarding and production usage. You will work with customers, account managers, product and infra teams to ensure successful deployment, scaling, and production readiness.

The role emphasizes autonomy, hands-on problem solving, and a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience across GPU compute and cloud infrastructure workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer/Architect/ TAM).
• Hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure and AI/GPU workloads.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise onboarding: access, networking, storage, servers and initial workloads.
• Be the first technical contact for enterprise customers and triage issues.
• Own technical issues through resolution and coordinate with internal teams.
