Super is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to design and embed scalable employee relations frameworks across Europe and beyond. You will enable local HR teams with programmatic guidance, tools, and training while maintaining policy governance and regulatory alignment.

The role requires strong employment law knowledge, stakeholder influence, and a track record of building ER capability in multi-country environments.

Formación

• Senior ER, policy, or compliance experience in a complex, multi-country organisation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across jurisdictions.
• Ability to translate insights into scalable ER programs.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement group-wide employee relations frameworks, policies and guidelines.
• Lead policy governance and ensure global consistency with local adaptability.
• Build ER capability through training, playbooks and guidance for HR teams.
• Provide strategic advisory and escalation support for complex ER matters.
• Monitor trends and risk exposure to continuously improve frameworks.
