Guidewire is seeking a senior Employee Relations practitioner to support our business across EMEA through complex ER matters, investigations, PIPs, grievances and exits. The role requires discretion, empathy and commercial judgement to advise leaders across multiple countries.

You will lead on governance, policy reviews and liaison with Works Councils and unions, with a strong focus on UK, Ireland, France and broader EMEA labour relations. Fluency in French and AI fluency are highly valued.

Formación

• Fluent French speaker.
• Significant Employee Relations experience within a multinational, technology-driven or complex organisational environment.
• AI fluency.
• Proven experience managing sensitive employment processes including investigations, PIPs, grievances, disciplinary matters, probation reviews and involuntary exits.
• Strong knowledge of UK, Ireland and France employment practices, with the ability to operate across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Excellent judgement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to advise confidently at all levels.
• Highly organised, analytical and comfortable managing multiple complex cases and competing priorities.
• Exceptional standards of confidentiality, integrity, accuracy and discretion.
• Ability to translate employment legislation and risk into clear, practical advice for managers and leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead investigations, performance management, grievances, disciplinary matters and exits.
• Advise leaders with fair, risk-aware guidance.
• Maintain high-quality case documentation and reporting.
• Manage UK, Ireland and France ER practices with cross-country exposure.
• Lead engagement with employee representative bodies in France.
• Develop ER governance, dashboards and processes across EMEA.
