Super is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to design and embed scalable employee relations frameworks across Europe and beyond. You will enable local HR teams with programmatic guidance, tools, and training while maintaining policy governance and regulatory alignment.
The role requires strong employment law knowledge, stakeholder influence, and a track record of building ER capability in multi-country environments.
We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.

The Senior Employee Relations Partner focuses on knowledge sharing, capability building, and the development of programmatic ER and compliance frameworks — creating consistency, scalability, and risk mitigation across the business as Super continues to grow and expand internationally. The role does not hold direct ownership of all individual ER cases, but serves as the centre of expertise that equips and supports local HR teams to manage them effectively.
Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.
