Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions and enable Global Test Management for Global Business Applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep CSV and Test Management expertise for Enterprise Applications like SAP and S/4HANA.

This role reports to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery, within a hybrid Madrid-based setup with remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, QM or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in GxP requirements and guidelines like 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11.
• Ability to define, drive and implement Test Management for Business Applications like SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review all levels of validation documentation with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams.
• Improve CSV standards in alignment with IT and QA.
• Lead Test Management for Business Applications and major initiatives like S/4HANA.
• Coordinate CSV compliance with QA and Compliance teams.
• Train and coach stakeholders on CSV standards and testing approaches.
• Collaborate with IT SAP and other Business Applications stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Participate in audits as needed.
