Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• Extensive digital marketing and demand generation experience.
• Experience in demand generation, campaign management, lead generation.
• Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and ABM tools; 6sense is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of sales processes, lead management, and pipeline development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution, performance management, and reporting of demand generation campaigns.
• Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns using email, nurturing, social media, ads, and automation.
• Collaborate with Commercial Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales, and Communications to translate strategy into plans.
• Serve as SME on campaign management, from lead generation to reporting and optimization.
• Work with Sales to maximize lead conversion and opportunities; drive ABM programs with KAMs.
• Measure performance using analytics and customer insights to drive improvements.
• Drive marketing automation and CRM optimization and collaborate with agencies.
