Job summary

Agilent Technologies Spain S.L. seeks a Global Marketing Communications Manager to lead a diverse, international team in designing and executing high-impact campaigns that align with global goals.

You will collaborate with program managers and product/segment marketing, shaping omnichannel experiences and driving KPI-based performance across regions. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing, marketing strategy or marketing communications experience.
• Proven people management skills, preferably in an international setup.
• Cross-discipline marketing expertise across channels including email, social, digital, marketing automation, and ABM.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to give clear, concise, and constructive feedback to internal and external resources.
• Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of marketing communications specialists to design and execute global campaigns achieving defined goals.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing Program managers, product marketing and segment marketing stakeholders.
• Partner with omnichannel and marketing operations to design engaging experiences leveraging modern marketing tech stack.
• Manage campaign performance through defined KPI and regular reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Agilent brand and design standards and consistent messaging across programs.
