The Marketing Hub, Madrid, is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join an embedded client team in the EdTech sector. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, optimize performance, and drive MQLs using HubSpot and data-driven strategies. Fluency in English and German is required; Spanish market experience a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing with demand generation and campaign management/optimisation.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience building and managing marketing automation programmes.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
