Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered communications platform, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for Growth & Onboarding in Madrid. You will design and build journeys that activate users, boost adoption, and improve trial conversion with Product, Design and Data colleagues.

Although a full‑stack role, the emphasis is frontend: deliver user‑facing experiences, run rapid experiments, and shape the early customer journey at Aircall. You’ll own end‑to‑end features with strong engineering quality.

Formación

• Significant professional experience as a Full‑Stack or Software Engineer across Frontend and Backend.
• Deep Frontend expertise with complex UI components and reactive interfaces.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs and backend services to support user-facing features.
• Strong product mindset and interest in understanding user behavior and journeys.
• Familiarity with product analytics, funnels, experimentation, and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize acquisition funnels, onboarding journeys, activation experiences, and trial flows.
• Develop complex, responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Build and maintain backend logic and API integrations to support seamless product experiences.
• Create, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and product variations to improve activation, adoption, and conversion.
• Use product analytics and experimentation results to measure impact and inform iterations.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of projects from design to release, monitoring, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and other Engineers to translate insights into solutions.
• Contribute to technical decisions to improve quality, scalability, and maintainability.
