Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Madrid to design, develop, deploy and operate business-critical features.

You will work with NodeJS/Typescript on AWS, collaborate across product, design, and engineering, and mentor teammates while driving quality, security, and performance at scale. Bring 7+ years of backend experience, strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL, and a focus on security, scalability, and performance.

Formación

• At least 7+ years of backend development experience with TS/NodeJS or equivalent stack.
• Production experience with AWS and designing for high availability.
• Frontend experience with React is a plus and beneficial for collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Create, design, develop, test, and monitor your code in production autonomously and reliably
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to offer pragmatic solutions to real world problems and implement them end to end
• Work with your team to design high quality, secure, and scalable solutions and be accountable for their execution
• Obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients
• Mentor and promote tech growth within the teams
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures, demonstrate good judgment in their potential applications
