Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer in Madrid. You will design, build, test, and deploy backend systems using TypeScript/Node.js with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and performance.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions, mentor teammates, and stay current with evolving architectures and technologies.

Formación

• 7+ years in back-end development with TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Ruby or Rails.
• Extensive AWS production experience for high-volume services.
• Experience with React frontend is a plus.
• Ability to design scalable, secure architectures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create, design, develop, test, and monitor code in production autonomously.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to implement end-to-end solutions.
• Design high-quality, secure, scalable solutions and own their execution.
• Understand business needs to provide solutions to users and clients.
