Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Madrid to design, develop, deploy, and operate business-critical features using NodeJS/Typescript on AWS. You will integrate with CRM/Helpdesk tools, mentor teammates, and raise engineering excellence in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of back-end development with TypeScript/NodeJS and a focus on security, scalability, availability, and performance.
• Extensive AWS production experience and designing for high-volume services.
• Frontend experience with React is a plus; strong collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create, design, develop, test, and monitor your code in production autonomously and reliably.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to offer pragmatic solutions end to end.
• Design high quality, secure, and scalable solutions and be accountable for their execution.
• Understand the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients.
• Mentor and promote tech growth within the teams.
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures and apply them where appropriate.
