Aircall in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for Key Accounts. This on‑site role focuses on embedding with global customers, defining long‑term AI adoption roadmaps, and driving high‑impact use cases across their workflows.

You will own technical strategy, coordinate with the KAM, and lead cross‑functional deployments, leveraging APIs, low‑code tools, and CRM automation to deliver scalable, value‑driven outcomes for Aircall’s strategic clients.

Formación

• 6+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or forward‑deployed engineering.
• Proven ability to own long‑term customer relationships as technical authority.
• Strong command of APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, REST, GraphQL).
• Hands‑on experience with low‑code orchestration and CRM automation.
• Experience running account‑based motions with sales/AM for strategic/enterprise customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own a sustained embedded relationship with each key account as the technical authority.
• Collaborate with the KAM on a joint account plan and expansion use cases.
• Lead discovery and solution design sessions with stakeholders to map processes and architectures.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low‑code tools and CRM automation.
• Configure and optimize the AI Agent for each account’s workflows.
• Manage cross‑functional deployments with timelines, stakeholders, and accountability.
