Cloudflare in Spain is seeking a Customer Engineer to bridge technical strategy and business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales through onboarding and deployment architecture.

You will own the customer journey as a quota-carrying technologist, collaborate with Account Executives, lead technical validations, migrations and on-going expansion, and leverage AI-driven workflows to reduce manual work.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role with SaaS products.
• Ability to white-board and articulate complex enterprise architectures.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for executives.
• Commercial experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical validations and PoCs with customers and partners.
• Own onboarding, migration planning, and architectural guidance.
• Drive expansion opportunities and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain trusted advisory relationship with key stakeholders.
• Automate routine CE workflows using AI and internal tools.
• Educate internal teams and customers on best practices.
