Salesforce seeks a senior Forward Deployed Engineer in Spain to lead end-to-end AI deployments using the Agentforce platform. You will architect, implement, and deliver high-impact AI/LLM solutions for strategic clients, mentoring junior engineers and shaping technical strategy.

You will collaborate with customers to design bespoke agents, manage data pipelines, and ensure scalable, secure execution across complex enterprise environments, with travel up to 60% and full English/Spanish fluency.

Formación

• 5+ years delivering end-to-end production AI solutions.
• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Expert-level in JavaScript, Java, Python, or Apex.
• Extensive AI/LLM deployment experience with orchestration frameworks.
• Deep data modeling, integration, and analytics with enterprise platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Significant Salesforce platform experience with advanced configuration and development.
• Strong collaboration and communication, leadership of technical initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI solutions and mentor juniors.
• Design and implement scalable production systems atop Salesforce platform.
• Develop bespoke agentic AI solutions with client teams.
• Own data lifecycle design, pipelines, and integration strategies.
• Resolve blockers during all phases of delivery and unblock progress.
• Drive innovation on Agentforce platform and influence product direction.
• Translate client needs into technical requirements and designs.
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis of complex system and model behavior.
• Prototype rapidly via proofs-of-concept with clients.
• Enforce engineering best practices across projects.
