Aircall is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for Key Accounts. You will be the embedded technical owner across a portfolio of Aircall’s high-value global customers, staying with the account to grow agentic adoption over time.

This role requires fluent APIs, credible executive presence, and ability to lead cross-functional deployments, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

Formación

• 6+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused services.
• Proven ability to own long-term customer relationships as the technical authority.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting integrations via APIs and data flows.

Responsabilidades

• Own a sustained, embedded relationship with each account and be the technical authority on agentic AI.
• Partner with the KAM on a joint plan and drive the expansion use-case roadmap.
• Land initial high-impact use cases and iteratively expand within the account.
• Lead discovery sessions to map business processes and define solution architecture.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low-code platforms and CRM tooling.
• Configure and optimise the AI Agent with account-specific intents, prompts, and metrics.
