Fever in Madrid is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to accelerate our AI transformation. This senior, hands-on IC works with Operations, Creative, Support, and more, shadowing real workflows to identify where AI can save time and then build end-to-end solutions from discovery to production.

You will own the full lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, deployment, adoption, with no handoffs. Expect autonomy, accountability, and clear impact as you deliver LLM applications, agents, and

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering with production AI systems experience.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one project from discovery to rollout.
• Strong Python, API/microservices, and AWS foundations.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with business teams to shadow workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Design and ship AI systems: LLM apps, agents, RAG pipelines, chatbots.
• Own full lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, production deployment, adoption.
• Measure impact and iterate based on real usage.
• Prioritize your own roadmap without tickets.
