Job summary

Bikini Hotel Es Trenc in Colònia de Sant Jordi on Mallorca’s south coast is seeking a Rooms Operations Manager to lead the Rooms Division with passion and hospitality excellence.

You will guide Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Experience teams, drive quality standards, and partner with Bikini HQ to deliver memorable guest moments while managing budgets and room inventories.

Qualifications

• Lead an experienced and inspiring Rooms Division team.
• Strong background in Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Reservations.
• Familiar with Opera Cloud, Lighthouse, Duve, HotelNetSolutions and Billbox.
• Thrive in multicultural teams with clear two-way communication.
• Hands-on, creative mindset to handle daily challenges.
• Experience in pre-openings or construction phases is a plus.
• Build relationships and engage with guests.
• Co-responsible for room inventories, investments, and OSE purchasing with the GM.
• Knowledge in quality management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages welcome.
• Honest communicator, detail-oriented, with design affinity.

Responsibilities

• Represent the GM in his absence towards the guest (MoD).
• Strategic and operational management of the rooms departments.
• Know your KPIs and prepare reports as decision base for GM & HQ.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high-quality standards.
• Support your team hands-on and exceed guest expectations.
• Interface between all hotel (rooms) departments and ensure seamless information flow.
• Sparrings partner to GM and Bikini HQ collaboration.
• Stay up to date with industry topics and innovations.
• Participate in internal project management such as sustainability and guest experiences.
• Own the guest vibe and respond to reviews with heart; monthly vibe reports.
