Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is looking for an F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise the service team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the brand’s high standards.

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, you will coordinate between front‑of‑house and kitchen, coach and develop the team, manage service flow, and maintain impeccable product knowledge across outlets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the team to ensure smooth, guest‑focused service across all outlets.
• Providing guidance, feedback, and training to develop team skills and performance.
• Delivering attentive, professional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and promoting food, beverage, and service offerings.
• Upholding Mandarin Oriental’s high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Ensuring accurate accounting and adherence to operational procedures.

• Stepping in for Restaurant Management when needed and prioritizing personal performance and development.
