Sani/Ikos Group is seeking an experienced F&B Leader for a seven‑month assignment in Palma to oversee outlet operations within our luxury resort. You will drive service excellence, ensure brand standards, and optimize guest satisfaction across multiple outlets.

The role requires strong leadership, hands‑on management, and collaboration with culinary and bar teams, with a focus on cost control, revenue performance, and staff development in a high‑end hospitality setting.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or large-scale service operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, service-driven approach.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee or support outlet operations to ensure consistent service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate outlet teams to uphold brand standards and performance.
• Contribute to financial performance through cost control and revenue management.
• Maintain personalized, professional service aligned with resort standards and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with departments and participate in daily briefings to align priorities.
• Accountable for daily operational performance and adherence to standards.
