Events Arena in Barcelona is seeking a logistics lead to manage the operations and dispatch for premium sports and cultural event packages across Europe. You will own the logistics scope and work closely with reservations, ticketing and travel sales teams.

• Proven experience in logistics, operations or travel coordination.
• Strong organisation and anticipation skills.
• Rigour, precision and operational reliability.
• Autonomy after training to run the function independently.
• Excellent cross-team communication under pressure.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish a plus.
• Long-term commitment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee package and event logistics.
• Coordinate deadlines before, during and after events.
• Anticipate on-the-ground constraints and manage emergencies.
• Dispatch planning and allocation across live event files.
• Prepare, review and supervise client vouchers, travel documents and tickets.
• Liaise between reservations, ticketing and packages teams; supervise intern.
• Monitor internal tools and report key operational insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics and supply processes.
