Legends Global seeks an Events Manager to lead and direct all day-to-day aspects of the Event Merchandising Operations at the Bernabéu stadium, including basketball games, concerts and other events. You will drive a service-led culture, ensure profitability, and coordinate cross-functional activities with a focus on world-class guest experiences.

Formación

• 5+ years of management experience in fast-paced, high-volume Retail/Events environments
• Experience coaching team members and leading where necessary
• Ability to manage and communicate clearly and effectively with the team
• Able to work in a fast-moving environment and maintain customer focus

Responsabilidades

• Develops a service-led work environment with growth and profitability initiatives
• Participates in the Operational function, annual plans, budgets and activities
• Owns full end-to-end P&L planning, budgeting, execution and results
• Instills achievement culture and continuous improvement
• Coordinates site Operational activities as required
• Implements SOPs and SLAs for Event Retail & Merchandising with regulatory compliance and reporting
• Plans for world-class matchday and non-matchday experiences, exceeding customer expectations
• Manages operations to deliver against budgets and forecasts
• Supports team to deliver annual business plan
• Meets and achieves operational targets at each event
• Builds relationships to enable service delivery and attract talent
• Assesses market trends to identify opportunities and business cases
• Ensures staff training aligns with departmental standards
• Conducts regular performance reviews and staff development
• Ensures health & safety, legal, environmental compliance and company practices
