Qualifications

• Degree in IT, business administration or related field.
• 3+ years ERP or complex B2B software sales experience.
• Goal-oriented, proactive problem solver with results focus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1); Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and manage incoming leads from potential clients (SMEs & Enterprise).
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract signature.
• Lead workshops and deliver tailored Odoo demos for clients.
• Design and present solution architecture and commercial proposals.
• Participate in targeted outbound initiatives and regional events.
