much. Consulting in Madrid is seeking a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant to drive growth in the Spanish market. You will own lead development and the full sales cycle, from discovery to contract signature.

Lead process-mapping workshops, deliver tailored Odoo demos, and design compelling solution architectures and proposals. Fluent in Spanish and English, with Portuguese a plus, you will collaborate with an international team to shape our regional expansion.

Formación

• Degree in IT, business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of ERP or complex B2B software sales experience.
• Goal-oriented, proactive problem solver focused on results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify and manage incoming leads from potential clients (SMEs & Enterprise).
• Manage the full sales cycle—from discovery to contract signature.
• Lead process-mapping workshops and deliver tailored Odoo demos.
• Design and present solution architecture and commercial proposals.
• Participate in targeted outbound initiatives, regional events and campaigns.
