much. Consulting seeks a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant to drive growth in Spain, owning lead development and the full sales cycle from discovery to closing deals. The role involves running process mapping workshops and delivering tailored Odoo demonstrations to SMEs and enterprises.

You will design solution architectures and commercial proposals, while participating in outbound initiatives and regional campaigns to expand our market presence in Madrid and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP or complex B2B software solution sales experience.
• Degree in IT, business administration or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+). Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and manage incoming leads from potential clients (SMEs & Enterprise).
• Manage the full sales cycle—from discovery through scoping to contract signature.
• Lead process-mapping workshops (online or on-site) and deliver tailored Odoo demos.
• Design and present solution architecture and commercial proposals.
• Participate in targeted outbound initiatives, regional events and campaigns.
