Datadog is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to enable our largest customers to adopt and derive value from our suite of products. You will act as an expert and trusted advisor, guiding IT operations to align with business goals and ensuring successful outcomes.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment, advise on technical adoption, prepare reviews, and collaborate with product, engineering and services teams to drive customer success across pre-/post-sales and renewals.

Formación

• Solid technical grounding in IT Operations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, PHP, or Chef/Puppet.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker, Kubernetes or Rancher.
• Willing to travel up to 30% and sit at client sites.
• Previous TAM experience with mid-market/enterprise cloud customers.
• Experience using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers in line with pre‑sales, post‑sales and renewal processes.
• Analyze customer IT Operations environments and provide recommendations to maximize value.
• Advocate for customers by understanding goals and suggesting changes, adoption, configuration, and features.
• Prepare and participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and services to identify new features and products.
• Evolve best practices for technical product adoption and customer success.
