Job summary

Perk is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead enterprise onboarding from signup to launch. You will guide clients through configuring accounts, integrations, and tailored training, ensuring a 7-star experience and long-term success.

Strong emphasis on change management, consultative problem-solving, and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering is required. You will mentor the Implementation team and partner with Revenue to optimize adoption and outcomes, while handling

Responsibilities

Be the first touchpoint for clients during implementation and maintain 7-star service.
Lead onboarding plans with strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
Act as SME in change management and adoption, guiding customers through new tools and policies.
Identify best solutions through automation, integrations, and platform features for each client.
Configure accounts, support integrations with marketplace partners or custom API solutions.
Deliver tailored training sessions for newly onboarded customers, including executives.
