Perk is seeking a People Partner to partner with senior leaders across Revenue to translate company priorities into actionable people plans. You will drive performance, engagement, and scalable growth while maintaining a high-consequence culture. You will enable leaders with clarity, commerciality, and care as the company scales across regions.

You’ll implement core people processes, drive change initiatives, and ensure the employee experience aligns with Perk’s values as the business expands.

Formación

• Experience in a People Partner role partnering with Revenue functions and working in fast-moving tech companies.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive people initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coaching and advisory support to senior leaders on people topics, from performance to org design.
• Co-create people priorities aligned to business goals and Perk values.
• Offer scoped options and sound recommendations on people topics across the full employee lifecycle.
