TravelPerk, a leading SaaS travel platform, seeks a German-speaking Implementation Specialist to drive onboarding for a global client portfolio. You will analyse client needs and tailor implementation plans, delivering a 7-star onboarding experience and ensuring adoption of the Perk platform among users.

You’ll manage timelines, resources, and communications, collaborating with technical and customer teams while maintaining a high standard of detail and customer focus.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record delivering international projects with clients.
• German native and fluent English, written and spoken.
• Organised, detail-oriented with clear recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional project teams to implement new clients.
• Plan, execute, and close implementation projects with deliverables.
• Review contracts, optimise resources, and manage quality.
• Be the first contact for client escalations during onboarding.
• Develop strategy plans to meet ramp-up goals.
• Prioritise accounts per client and business needs.
• Explain complex, technical info clearly to all audiences.
• Ensure timelines, tasks, risks and issues are understood.
