Perk is seeking a People Partner to work with senior leaders across our rapidly growing tech teams in a high-velocity environment. You will translate business priorities into actionable people plans that improve performance and engagement while embedding a scalable people framework.

You will partner with leaders to design org structure, drive a high-performance culture, and enable change across regions and time zones, ensuring clarity and care in every initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People Partner role partnering with revenue functions in fast-moving tech companies.
• Track record of partnering and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of organizational design and driving high-performance culture.
