Celonis is seeking an Enterprise Architect Director to lead and grow our team of Enterprise Architects in Madrid. This senior role combines deep technical leadership with executive presence to translate strategic goals into actionable architecture, data, and cloud plans for our largest client accounts.

You will partner with Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, and Security to remove blockers and drive revenue growth while shaping enterprise modernization using advanced AI capabilities.

Formación

• 20 years of relevant experience leading Enterprise Architects or technical teams
• Ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a track record of presenting to C-level executives
• Deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI
• Strong background in Data Architecture, system integrations, and data operations

Responsabilidades

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects defining architecture, data, and cloud strategy for major accounts
• Act as executive sponsor in pre- and post-sales, presenting to C-level executives and engaging with architecture and security teams
• Lead design of architectures driving enterprise modernization and emergent technologies like Agentic AI
• Bridge Celonis product/engineering with client teams to deliver premier technical services
• Oversee assessment of IT landscape maturity and coach account teams and partners
• Direct reusable assets and thought leadership on architecture and innovation
