Celonis is seeking a senior Enterprise Architect leader to grow and lead our team of Enterprise Architects. This high-impact role blends deep technical expertise with people management and executive presence, acting as an executive sponsor to present to customer C-level executives.

You will translate strategic goals into actionable technical plans, drive enterprise modernization, and align product, engineering, and client teams to deliver premier services.

Formación

• 20+ years of relevant experience leading Enterprise Architects or technical teams.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with C-level presentation experience.
• Deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.
• Strong background in Data Architecture, system integrations, data ops, and data languages.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects and define architecture strategy.
• Act as executive sponsor in pre- and post-sales phases and present to C-level executives.
• Guide architectural design to enable enterprise modernization and innovative solutions.
• Bridge product/engineering teams with client teams to deliver premier services.
• Oversee IT landscape assessments and coach Celonis account teams on architecture and scalability.
• Develop reusable assets and thought leadership materials on architecture and innovation.
