Celonis is seeking a Lead AI Consultant (Field) for the Iberia & LATAM region. You will lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, directing AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, and dashboards while validating outputs and aligning with customer context.

You’ll supervise junior consultants and collaborate with AI, Product, and Functional experts to ensure rapid value realization, adoption, and long-term customer success.

Formación

• 7+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process-improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or SI’s.
• Consulting pre-sales experience and ability to shape customer outcomes.
• Track record in complex IT/SAP transformations, process optimization, and data-driven value delivery.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on project requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Design deployment roadmaps aligned with the customer’s maturity and goals.
• Estimate project timelines, team structures, and professional services effort.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOW) and define scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead and collaborate with IT/business stakeholders to define data requirements and success criteria.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, dashboards, and ensure business relevance.
• Lead value creation and workshops to quantify impact and drive adoption.
• Enable customer users and hand over solutions with documentation.
