Celonis is seeking a Lead/Principal Deployment Architect to guide strategic customer engagements, shaping architecture, AI orchestration, and delivery across complex deployments. You will bridge pre‑sales and post‑sales, ensuring promises become outcomes while maintaining architectural standards and customer value.

The role demands deep Celonis expertise, senior stakeholder engagement, and a track record in enterprise projects.

Formación

8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership in enterprise software.
3+ years in a senior or lead technical role with multi‑stakeholder responsibility in large‑scale projects at tier‑1 organizations.
Proven ability to design complex, multi‑component solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI.
Deep knowledge of the Celonis platform, including the Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, and AI modules.
Experience designing AI-augmented delivery workflows and defining agent orchestration.
Executive presence to engage VP/C‑level stakeholders and translate technical concepts for business audiences.
Strong consulting/communication skills with experience leading workshops and strategic reviews.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field; fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

Support Services scoping in pre‑sales, ensuring the right Services are positioned in line with the Celonis solution architecture.
Design end‑to‑end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments across multiple process areas, units, and geographies.
Define the technical blueprint for Celonis platform integration with customer systems, data strategies, and transformation goals.
Design secure, scalable architectures tailored to complex enterprise requirements, with long‑term usage growth and high concurrency in mind.
Make architectural trade‑offs: build vs. configure, custom vs. standard, phased vs. big‑bang, with clear rationale for customer outcomes.
Own solution quality & outcome delivery across engagements, conducting design reviews and enforcing architectural standards.
Design AI deployment agents (Apollo) workflows, validation checkpoints, and quality gates across multi‑workstream engagements.
Develop reusable specifications, templates, and patterns for Deployment Engineers to direct AI agents effectively.
Pioneer new delivery approaches leveraging AI to compress timelines or unlock previously impractical use cases.
Set standards for AI output validation to maintain quality as delivery accelerates.
Serve as senior technical advisor to strategic customers, building trusted relationships with VP and C‑level stakeholders.
Translate customer challenges into Celonis platform strategies and define success metrics.
Assist pre‑sales by providing technical credibility, validating feasibility, and shaping project scope.
Guide customers through their Process Intelligence maturity journey and advise on platform expansion and organizational change.
Leverage the broader Celonis ecosystem to remove blockers in engagements.
Establish deep technical advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment during deployment.
Work with Deployment Engineers to implement cutting‑edge use cases and stay current with Celonis technologies.
Review Blueprint for quality, scalability, and production readiness of critical use cases.
Develop domain expertise in one or more process domains or industries and translate knowledge into scalable patterns.
Contribute to hiring, share knowledge, and align with Product & Engineering for roadmap insights.
