Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI- and data-driven transformation for Public sector customers in Spain. You will orchestrate complex roadmaps, combine consulting and project management, and work with senior client leaders to deliver ROI through the Celonis Platform.

You will partner with VE leads to champion platform adoption, manage programs across regions, and craft executive value narratives that translate data insights into action.

Formación

• 5+ years owning complex workstreams, processes and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting or Pre-Sales.
• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle).
• Builder mentality: set direction within an account team and drive value for customers.
• Process improvement and value realization expertise.
• Strategic program and stakeholder management with VP/Director sponsorship and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication.
• Deep understanding of Public Sector trends and relevant use cases.
• Engineering or CS or math or business analytics degree, or related mix with a technical minor.

Responsabilidades

• Value Selling & Realization: uncover issues, own outcomes from discovery to ROI, craft executive value narratives.
• Stakeholder Management: secure executive sponsorship and co-own change management with customer leaders.
• Program Management: steer global transformations and AI-driven account planning; enable governance.
• Platform & AI Fluency: use AI tools to generate outputs and automations, collaborate with solution teams.
• Scale Value & Innovation: build expansion roadmaps to drive Celonis adoption and provide feedback to R&D.
