DWS Group is seeking a Head of Architecture - Spain to lead and shape architecture strategy in Madrid. You will guide enterprise, domain, and data architectures, collaborate with CTO/CDO functions, and drive architecture governance and delivery excellence.

The role emphasizes cloud modernization (Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform), AI-enabled governance, and strong executive stakeholder engagement in a highly regulated financial services environment.

Formación

• Substantial senior architecture and people leadership experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Proven end-to-end IT delivery leadership from strategy to measurable outcomes.
• Broad expertise across enterprise, domain, data, and technology architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the Spain architecture capability and local team growth.
• Shape technology and data strategy, investment priorities, and transformation outcomes.
• Define target architectures and transition roadmaps across domains.
• Translate business strategy and regulatory requirements into scalable capabilities.
• Drive modernization, cloud adoption, and secure delivery governance.
