Salesforce in Madrid seeks a Senior Account Manager to expand strategic relationships across a defined portfolio and drive digital transformation initiatives. You will own executive engagement and position Salesforce as a driver of business value across people, process, and technology.

Lead multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles, collaborate with License Sales and Professional Services, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver sustained revenue growth while upholding Salesforce's trusted

Formación

10+ years in enterprise IT sales or related field.
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and revenue growth.
Experience engaging C-level stakeholders across large accounts.
Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud, CRM, data, and AI.
Fluency in English and Spanish; strong commercial acumen.

Responsabilidades

Own and expand executive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor at C-level.
Lead strategic account planning and execution to deliver sustained revenue growth.
Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large enterprise environments.
Position Salesforce solutions as a driver of business transformation across people, process, and technology.
Collaborate with license sales, Professional Services, and wider teams to deliver client outcomes.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain consistent overachievement of sales targets and pipeline growth.
