Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking an Analytics Business Partner, Senior Lead in Madrid to drive strategic analyses and insights for Account Success.

The role partners with senior leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations, develop dashboards, and support quarterly and annual planning across global teams. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights, influence strategic decisions, and lead multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management experience.

• Proficient in Business Analysis and Data Visualization; translate complex data into insights.
• Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; craft stories for diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Success Leadership to perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools and interpret KPIs to deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Evaluate ongoing performance against targets to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations/Technology and BI teams to build data sets and Tableau dashboards for run-the-business support.
• Build executive-level presentations for global leadership reviews and support quarterly business reviews.
• Support GTM planning with Strategy, Programs and BI teams.
