Salesforce in Madrid, Spain is seeking an AI and Data Technical Architect to lead enterprise data and AI architectures centered on D360 and Agentforce. You will guide Chief Data Officers and Enterprise Architects while collaborating with Account Executives and Product teams.

You will design scalable, secure solutions, integrate with hyperscalers, data lakes, and governance frameworks to unlock full platform value.

Formación

• 7+ years in enterprise data, analytics, and AI architectures.
• Knowledge of external agent ecosystems and interoperability.
• Proven track record in prompt engineering and prototype development.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery and data ingestion patterns.
• Proficiency in programming (Python/SQL/JavaScript) and data frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-sales technical design aligned with Agentforce capabilities and integrations.
• Shape best practices around generative AI, agent interoperability, and cross-platform integrations.
• Collaborate with AEs/SEs to build hands-on prototypes and demos.
• Develop thought leadership content—templates, whitepapers, enablement sessions.
• Act as central technical knowledge resource across teams and educate others while delivering solutions.
• Map and integrate external agents from hyperscalers into Agentforce via open standards.
• Enable conversational & background agents using Agentforce Studio and Builder.
• Drive prompt engineering & lifecycle strategy from design to deployment.
• Build quick prototypes with AEs (<2 weeks) demonstrating integration between Agentforce and external agents.
• Lead pre-sales workshops and assist in post-sale value engagements.
• Advise on Data Cloud (D360), CRM, MuleSoft APIs integration for cohesive architectures.
• Support early adoption and guide customers toward self-sufficient enablement.
• Own data modeling, identity resolution, real-time vs batch patterns.
• Own technical documentation and knowledge bases to empower teams.
