Job summary

AGAP2 in Italy is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering execution of complex EPC projects across energy, oil & gas, chemical and mining sectors. You will coordinate process, mechanical, piping, civil, electrical and instrumentation disciplines and ensure alignment with contractual, schedule and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities across the EPC project lifecycle from kick-off to handover.
• Define and implement the engineering execution strategy, governance, protocols and reporting.
• Review scopes, technical specifications and client requirements to ensure clear understanding and communication.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, piping, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, automation, HSE).
• Ensure integration with procurement, vendor management, construction and commissioning.
