Saipem seeks a Technical Coordinator in Fano to support the Head of Technical Management within the Energy Carriers Business Line. You will coordinate engineering activities for complex projects, ensuring progress and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor engineering progress, participate in meetings and workshops, review contractual documents, and supervise multidisciplinary deliverables across global teams, with opportunities to travel.

Competenze

• Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Project Engineering Management with International Main Contracting & Engineering Companies Oil & Gas.
• English (C1), Italian (C1).
• Demonstrable experience in engineering management activities, tools and techniques.

Mansioni

• Coordinate engineering activities related to project matters critical for the project (engineering progress monitoring, procurement monitoring, vendor follow up).
• Participate in Project meetings and workshops as applicable and address topics deemed critical.
• Ensure review/application of contractual documents within own area of responsibility.

Purpose of the position:

As Technical Coordinator, you will respond to the Head of Technical Management and be part of Energy Carriers Business Line.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

Coordinate engineering activities related to specific matters that are critical for the project as for example: engineering progress monitoring, engineering for procurement monitoring, vendor follow up traversal coordination, key quantities trending monitoring, equipment summary follow up.

Participate, as applicable, to Project meeting and workshop any other topic evaluated specifically critical in the specific project.

Ensure review/application of contractual documents within own area of responsibility.

Supervise issue of multidisciplinary engineering deliverables within own area of responsibility.

What are we looking for?

Education:

Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience:

minimum 5 years in Project Engineering Management with International Main Contracting & Engineering Companies Oil & Gas

Languages:

English (C1), Italian (C1)

Technical/IT Skills:

Experience in large scale projects; Experience with Majors Clients; Exposure to different roles within the oil and gas/new energies/floaters projects in fields as design management; Record of working within global large teams in multi-disciplinary projects is highly preferred; Demonstrable experience in engineering management activities, tools and techniques.

Open minded and willing to work in a flexible and agile manner. Communication and relational skills Organization and prioritization skills.

You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the project assigned.
