AGAP2 is actively seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Lead Engineer for a major energy, oil & gas and industrial project. Hybrid work locations include Genoa, Rozzano and preferably Fano, Pesaro/Urbino.

The role centers on Basic Design, FEED and Detailed Engineering, focusing on mechanical equipment design, technical specs and multidisciplinary interfaces. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mechanical design for industrial facilities, with EPC/EPCM experience, and proficiency in ASME/API/ISO/EN

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in mechanical design for industrial facilities.
• Experience in Basic Design, FEED and Detailed Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of static and rotating mechanical equipment.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing technical specifications and datasheets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate mechanical engineering activities across design phases.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, equipment datasheets and MR/RFQ.
• Size, select and evaluate static and rotating equipment.
• Develop specs for pumps, compressors, vessels, heat exchangers and tanks.
• Coordinate interfaces with Process, Piping, Civil, Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and support construction and commissioning activities.
